KLK Latin Vibes:

The organization has drawn up rules to ensure that the event runs as safely as possible. When entering the event location, the visitor automatically agrees to these house rules. Instructions from employees of KLK Latin Vibes or the authorized persons, which are related to the house rules, must be strictly followed at all times on location and in the immediate vicinity.

GENERAL

KLK Latin Vibes, or the persons working for it, cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material damage that visitors to the event or location may experience. The program is subject to change. The organization reserves the right to change the program. Dogs and other pets are prohibited.

AGE

A minimum age of 18 applies to KLK Latin Vibes. Visitors are required to identify themselves in accordance with the legal identification requirement (identity card, passport or driving licence). If you do not have proof of identity with you when asked, you will be refused access to the event.

ZERO TOLERANCE DRUG POLICY

The Dutch & Belgian government has determined that all events in the Netherlands & Belgium use the “Zero Tolerance” regulation. This means that soft and hard drugs are not allowed. In the case of possession of a large amount of drugs and/or suspicions/detection of dealing, the visitor will be handed over to the police.

ACCESS

To gain access to KLK Latin Vibes you must be in possession of a valid entrance ticket. Tickets are available through our online ticket shop and at the box office. Tickets once purchased cannot be returned. Resale of tickets to third parties for profit is prohibited. Visitors receive a wristband at the entrance of the event. With this wristband, the visitor can move inside and outside the location. Our security guards will always check whether you are wearing the wristband when you return to the location. If irregularities are found (such as false tickets or fraud with identification), the organization can report this to the police.

ACCESS UNDER THE INFLUENCE

It is forbidden to enter the event under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. If this is found, access will be denied.

ACCESS CONTROL

Every visitor can be checked by a security officer when entering the event. It is permitted to request that the check be carried out by an employee of the same gender. The complete refusal of the check will result in access being refused without refund of entrance fees. This control is in place to protect all visitors, guests, employees and performers in connection with general safety. The organization reserves the right to refuse or remove persons from the event.

VIP TABLES:

For the VIP tables, the visitor doesa deposit of 50% online via the website of KLK Latin Vibes, so that the table is reserved. The visitor pays the remaining 50% at the box office on the evening itself. Payment can be made in cash or by card. Visitors all receive a VIP wristband. Visitors must come all 4 at the same time and be in before 00.00!

The VIP table includes:

4 entrance tickets

1 bottle Johnnie Walker Gold Label

1 bottle of soda (your choice) or 3 cans of Red Bull

Including VIP cloakroom

Tickets for the VIP reservation are available through our online ticket shop. The deposit paid for the VIP table will not be returned in case of cancellation. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS

Directions and instructions from (security) employees must be followed immediately. Aggressive behavior will result in immediate removal and handover to the police.

WARDROBE & CLOTHING

The use of the cloakroom is mandatory. €1.00 per item will be charged for use of the cloakroom. Only coats and bags are accepted as items. If you come to pick up the item for safekeeping, you must always hand in your receipt. If you then want to return the item for safekeeping, you will have to pay €1.00 per item again. The employees of KLK Latin Vibes are always authorized to check the contents of the items given for safekeeping. KLK Latin Vibes reserves the right to refuse storage of valuable, oversized or unusual items. As well as items with a (possibly) prohibited, dangerous or questionable content. One receipt will be issued per deposited item. If you lose the receipt, you can report to the management after the last guest has left the building. If no receipt can be shown, KLK Latin Vibes is in no way liable for the consequences. The employees will of course make every effort to find the item. If the item in question is found, but you cannot provide a receipt, € 5.00 will be charged on top of the already paid item fee to replace the receipts. This replacement fee must be paid before the item is returned. KLK Latin Vibes is not liable for damage to the depositor's deposited item, with the exception of damage caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of employees of KLK Latin Vibes. Liability for indirect or consequential damage is excluded. The liability of KLK Latin Vibes is always limited to €50.00 per item given for safekeeping. Contents of the deposited item will never be reimbursed. Compensation will only be made if it has been irrefutably established that there is gross intent or negligence and upon presentation of the original proof of purchase on which the purchase amount and VAT are stated. The depositor indemnifies KLK Latin Vibes against damage caused by the content of the item placed in custody. If the item deposited has an excessive value, the depositor must inform the employees of KLK Latin Vibes in advance. If this does not happen, there is a chance that any form of compensation will be further limited or excluded. Use of the cloakroom is at the user's own risk. The management is not liable for theft or loss of your belongings. Title 9; Storage, of the Civil Code 7 does not apply to the agreement between storage, KLK Latin Vibes, and its customers, users of the cloakroom. KLK Latin Vibes will always endeavor to carefully guard and return all items given to it for safekeeping. By receiving the receipt, the user of the cloakroom agrees to the cloakroom regulations of KLK Latin Vibes.

Wearing hoods over the head inside is not allowed. This will be checked by our security staff. The organization reserves the right to deny access to the event if it is of the opinion that the above dress code is not being met.

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO ENTER THE EVENT WITH THE FOLLOWING

Soft drugs, hard drugs, food, (alcoholic) drinks, glassware, (plastic) bottles, cans, pets and animals, objects with discriminatory and/or provocative texts and/or expressions, striking, stabbing, fire or impact weapons or other objects that could be used as a weapon, objects that could negatively affect the safety, health or well-being of visitors, aerosols, sprays, fireworks, flares, professional video, audio, recording and photographic equipment (this does not include digital compact cameras and mobile phones with a camera function). All this under penalty of seizure and/or reporting. It is forbidden to trade at the event.

THEFT AND LOSS

There are no lockers available at the event. Visitors are responsible for their own belongings. The organization cannot be held liable for theft, destruction and/or loss of items. KLK Latin Vibes is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. The organization advises not to bring valuables to an event and/or leave them in the car.

COINS

Drinks can be paid for with the designated coins. Coins are available at the coin box, where you can pay in cash or with a debit card. Tokens once purchased cannot be exchanged.

TOILETS

It is not allowed to enter 1 toilet room with several visitors at the same time. Peeing in public is prohibited and if found, the visitor will be removed from the event.

PHOTO, VIDEO, SOUND RECORDING

Everyone who enters the event gives permission to make video, photo and sound recordings in which the visitor may appear. The organization uses these recordings for promotional purposes on the website and social media channels. As soon as the visitor sees a photo of himself after the event and this is not desired, this can be emailed to: [email protected].

NOISE LEVEL

Loud music can sometimes be produced at the event. The organization is not liable for any adverse consequences that may occur to the hearing as a result. The organization advises to wear earplugs.

SMOKING

There is a general smoking, vape and hookah ban on location, in all toilet areas or other facilities at the event. It is allowed to smoke in the open air, but please be considerate of other visitors. If these rules are not followed, a person may be denied access to the event without refund.

OWN RISK

Entry to the event is at your own risk. KLK Latin Vibes or the employees who actively work for the organization cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material damage or immaterial damage that the visitor(s) of the location cannot experience either inside or outside the site and/or whether to experience the event.

OTHER SITUATIONS

In situations where the house rules do not provide, the organization decides on possible measures to be taken. The organization's decision in this regard is binding. In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, access will be refused/denied without refund of the admission ticket. If access is refused/denied, the event must be left immediately. Every visitor is deemed to have acquainted himself with the house rules. If you have any questions, doubts or comments, please contact the organization.
